Communications

When you sign up for Lazy Cat Yoga, we will collect your name and email address for the purpose of fulfilling your class bookings and communicating with you about those bookings. We may in future also send you marketing communications with special offers or other announcements related to Lazy Cat Yoga - you will be able to opt out of these should you not wish to receive them.

Booking of Classes

Payment is required prior to attendance. Classes can be booked on our website up to 1 month in advance.

Class Pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, but if a Client cancels within the required cancellation window the pass will be restored to their Client account to be used within a month.

All Clients with online bookings are required to sign into class a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not signed in by this time, or called to notify us that you are running late, this will be treated as a Late Cancellation and your pass will not be credited or refunded.

Lazy Cat Yoga reserves the right to deny entry to any class after the scheduled start time.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be done by Clients via the website.

Clients may cancel their spaces up to 1 hour before class starts. Your pass will be restored to your account.

Lazy Cat Yoga reserves the right to cancel classes at any time and for any reason. If Lazy Cat Yoga cancels a class, any Clients booked into that class will have their passes restored to their accounts immediately.

Late Cancellation (within 1 hour of the start of the booked class), or a ‘No Show’ (failure to turn up for a class at all) will result in the deduction of the pass from your account.
